The Situation crew and I go back a long way. I was honoured and pleased to be involved in their early releases, and the setting up of their own imprint that caught a lot of DJs and labels attention at the time. And I always play Situation tracks and edits whenever I play out. Plus they are all great chaps who love music and know how to live and laugh. So this year when we had a wee reunion at Glastonbury at Maceo’s one night they asked me to remix a track from their new LP to bring the relationship and the love full circle.
